While the challenges Covid-19 has brought to operating our schools is new, the tools we use to effectively adapt are not. Our basic process to overcome this present challenge is the same as it is for all our processes:

1) Identify and gather the data needed to develop your plan;
2) Create a framework to direct your efforts to create options from that data, and
3) Refine those options into your plan through honest and timely feedback from your stakeholders.
